Rented cruiser bikes for 4 days while we were in NOLA. Staff was awesome about getting it set up and the return was simple. Bikes were in excellent condition, with puncture resistant tires (a good thing for NOLA), baskets and a horn. The only thing missing were some lighting options for night time safety. We ended up bring a few flashing wraps from home, so that helped and we use cell lights in basket.
Great place. Very friendly employees. I bought a bike there and it started having some issues with the pedals. They replaced the broken part for free without asking too many questions.
Compliments where compliments are due. Given the appalling attitude and service I'd received at another New Orleans bike shop and my subsequent decision to leave feedback on here, it would be unfair not to leave good feedback where warranted.
