My experience at Acadian Care is always very pleasant from the minute my daughter and I walk in the door and up to the counter until the time we leave! Everyone there from the doctor to the staff is friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable, and above all they are really helping my daughter. We both actually look forward to her appointments!
From the moment I began contact with Acadian Care seeking consultation for numerous things I knew that they were a cut above the rest. Previous experiences with New Orleans based psychiatric has left a sour taste in my mouth but knowing that I have excellent quality care in my own backyard is extremely relieving. Both receptionists that I have interacted with have been professional, patient, and most of all caring and understanding. Scheduling is flexible and the care is top notch. Last of all, my experience with my psychiatrist has been life-changing. And then there's Kate who my son loves and she's another therapist who is very compassionate about her patients, I know she is about my boy. He loves going, I call there and Leah understands everything I tell her. I'm so glad I was referred here because I'll give them a 10.
From the moment you walk in there it's amazing, Leah at the front desk is so helpful and sweet she's my absolute favorite besides my sons other Dr's who take wonderful care of him Dr. Colleen Hageman is amazing, she sits there and listens to you and your child's troubles and a wonderful personality.
The staff are always friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. The clinic is very inviting and cozy. I would highly recommend them.
I had a wonderful experience at Acadian Care this past month. After rotating as a student, I was thouroghly impressed with the way Dr. Kutner and his staff care for patients. They are kind and truly love helping others. I feel that excellent and up-to-date medical care was provided to all patients seen. I’ve never before met a doctor that will sit on the floor next to patients who are feeling uneasy and insist on holding the door open for others. He is truly kind hearted and wants to help. The offices are set up well for a comfortable environment and are always clean. I would recommend this practice to my peers as an excellent learning opportunity and to my family members as a great place to become a patient.
