Bad experience, says it opens at 10:30 and its 11 am and i'm still waiting, they have a phone number but never answer. Ridiculous honestly!!!

They told me it would take one week for me to get my translation papers back and they were right I got them back in one week exactly , so I give them credit for that but they don't answer the phone much when you call other then that there ok.
Came in today and is 10:44Am and is still close, no personals in the building today, i trying to call them but nobody answer the phone. Worst ever
I am ashamed as a Dominican that this location is never available not even to pick up the phone and answer a simple question as to when are your days of operation.... since they didn't answer the phone I drove to new orleans and still no one was there waited for hours in my car is this an embrassing and a complete waste of time and i bet they get a salary for not showing being there for all dominican citizen wow .....
