Good customer service/delivery is just as important as the flowers themselves. To all the men out there, do not chance your girlfriend, wife, fiance, mom, etc. getting their flowers on time with Adrian's. Go with someone who you can actually call and get a hold of.
Ordered a sympathy arrangement online 5 minutes before the cut off time. When I called the person said they did not have one of the elements that the arrangement had and that they would make a substitute of similar value. The end result was delivered same-day and was more beautiful than what I ordered.
Look at all the negative reviews. They have a common theme. Poor customer service/communication!
on may 12th, my son ordered mother's day plants for me. the arrangement he chose cost $80.25. on may 13th he was called and told the arrangement would be different than he ordered but would be of equal value and beauty. when i received it that evening (around 9:30pm), it looked quite nice and consisted of two 4" tea rose bushes in a basket with ribbons. at that point, i did not know the price or i would have already been outraged. by tuesday, 5/16, the leaves were turning yellow and the plant was drooping. by thursday, 5/18, it was apparent the plants were diseased so i brought them back to adrian's and asked for credit on my son's card. they said the could not do this immediately but gave me a hand-written affirmation of credit. today is tuesday, 5/23, and the credit has not shown up. when i called them, they said they had hundreds of receipts to go through in order to find my son's. what??? never again!
Good service and good people. They have been my choice of florist for 35- 40 years or more. Thank you all for your good service.
They did my wedding flowers in 2005 and they were outstanding! I always use them for flowers for birthdays, especially my mom's. I know she'll love them every time!
She then said they are very busy because of the holiday.... Everyone is busy! The idea is that your customer service does not degrade when you get busy. Flowers are your business. This is what you do. You provide a service. Don't give excuses for poor service and lack of communication. A client never wants to hear excuses for bad service. I recommend that you read the book "Extreme Ownership". It will help out your business. Also, you may want to invest in better phones.
I asked what the status of my order was and they said they would check. I could hear them speaking in the background the entire time. After 10 minutes of waiting for them to come back on the line to tell me the status I hung up and then tried calling back for another 10 minutes before getting through. I was told they do not guarantee deliveries by a certain times on holidays. Ok, that is fine but if that is the case you had a week from when my order was placed to see "Oh, he wants the flowers delivered there by 1 p.m." No one called or emailed me to let me know they could not deliver by 1 p.m. (Had they of done that I would of gone elsewhere or PAID more to ensure a 1 p.m. delivery).
I have ordered flowers from this company on several occasions. Today was definitely the worst experience. I placed an order a full week prior to Valentines day. I requested on the order that the delivery be made before 1 p.m. The flowers were going to my Fiance's work which she was not going to be in the office after 2 p.m. (giving myself a 1 hour buffer from 1 p.m.). I tried calling the store for an hour (after 3 p.m.) and I finally was able to get through to someone.
