Ordered a Wagyu Pepper Corn sandwich (delivered by UberEats). Fast service but the sandwich was terrible. Roast beef was grisly and really "chewy." Ate half and threw it away.
Officially the best gumbo I've had in New Orleans to date.

Wagyu Bresaola: this noble member of the dried cured meats has been taken to another level by the guys at C&Co. Deep blue-purple, velvety texture, complex layers of flavor like a good wine. It will knock your socks off. And if you're not wearing socks, it will put them on you. THEN knock them off
Fantastic authentic butcher shop. If this establishment doesn't have the cut or type of animal you would like they will find it. Remember to call ahead to reserve your favorite cuts as they only butcher so much each week. Also have not found a better place for beef tallow.
