So here I am still missing 2 pieces of furniture that I paid back in November 2016 . I will NOT recommend this place to anyone not even my enemy. Prefer to shop online as I dont have to wait forever and have better prices and paying methods .
4. Managers called and leave a massage that I will have a $150 credit at the store and if I had any doubt to call back. I did not had doubt so I didnt called
5. They called three weeks later to let me know furniture was available and to set an appointment. So we set up an appointment and I ask about tye credit. Whomever talked to me was clueless so they put on the manager. So I explain the Manager (yes u know who u are). And she is like I did not offered anything, who told u that? And I said well I got a recording so she followed w a who authorized to record anybody (neitherless to say RUDE!).. so i was like well thats what voicemails are for
An absolute gem of a furniture store! We didn't even know they were open until we went in! The sales people were friendly and not pushy at all which was nice! Their selection and prices were outstanding! Definitely would recommend.
This my experience w this store.
1. I paid in advance like $1,400 for a set that was in back order because I was told that furniture will be in next month
6. So I go to the store cause hey I am a minority but I also serve my country so people do have more respect for me when am in Uniform. So after looking around to see were to spend my credit I ask to talk to her. When she finally address me it was a miracle she got her memory back
Sofa was ok that I brought here but the table was junk. Watch what you buy here products here are fake. Compressed wood products not solid or real wood.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Wanda! She was absolutely lovely with helping my fiancé and I pick out furniture for our new home!
3. I called again and again until they gave a managers name. If course Im upset i been waiting 6 months plus for the remaining two pieces of furniture
The Staff was very helpful and the atmosphere was relaxed and not pushy. We were told to try them out because of their beautiful furniture, but more so for the unbelievable pricing, which you just can't beat. The store is huge so it definitely takes time to find what you're looking for but Melissa worked with me and we couldn't be happier with our new bedroom and mattress set! Thanks furniture mart!
2. The first two pieces arrived like 4 months after I paid and a few phone calls
7. Delivery day was last Friday so I spent my whole working day because they dont give u an hr. And guess what they did not showed up neither do they called!!
