I called Sunlight Contractors to install spray foam insulation in the sub floor area of my home. The detailed quote I received was amazing and the quality of the final product was even better. Mr Corey Yates and his crew arrived on time and completed the entire install in about 3 hours, on 2400 sq ft of sub floor area. The spray foam sealed all of the unknown air draft areas that I had and also doubled as a sub floor for my hardwood floors. It's been about week since the install and the temperature in my house is a lot more stable. Also I've noticed my heater not running as much. In a few months I will be calling Sunlight Contractors to come back and spray foam my attic, which will fully seal my house. If you are looking for spray foam solutions, I highly recommend Sunlight Contractors. Like I mentioned earlier, the quote was amazing and the job they did was even better.
Sunlight Contractors have done an excellent job. Ira continuously answered all of my questions, fully and promptly. My husband went ahead and inspected the attic after the crew finished spraying, and it all looked great, and exactly what I paid for. Perfect job. We had the old installation removed by Corey Galle & Clayton Byrd, who went above and beyond to remove the musky smelling old installation I had up there. Great Attitudes! They worked through lunch, just to make sure everything was completely removed. My husband and I were very pleased to know such an informative and throughout company resides in the New Orleans area!
Sunlight Contractors did a very satisfactory job with my insulation. Everyone from start to finish was very professional and updated me on the whole process the entire time. Always made sure I was informed and satisfied. I can already feel a difference in the house, the heating/cooling unit does not turn on half as much as it did before. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a superb insulation job.
We had a great experience with Sunlight Contractors. Our objective was to make our upstairs more comfortable in the summer and winter. Our upstairs has always been a challenge to keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Sunlight Contractors came in and removed all of the old unhealthy fiberglass insulation and sprayed new Foam Insulation on the underside of the roof in the attic. My husband and I have visited the attic several times since the install to evaluate the difference in temperature before install and after install. Its remarkable how the new Spray foam insulation keeps the temperature close to the temperature in your home.
Spray Foam Roof - We engaged sunlight contractors to perform a major overhaul on our 6000+ sq. ft. closed cell spray foam roof (job total approximately $50K) . Our building is located in the lower garden district of New Orleans. Sunlight was very responsive to our initial request for proposal. The proposal was detailed and company demonstrated they were knowledgeable and experienced with this material, for which there is not a lot of providers in the region (this was a distinguishing factor compared to the other major roofing companies in the region - all of which we requested quotes from in as part of our bidding process). Once the project was awarded to Sunlight, they continued to be engaged and transparent leading up to commencement of work. During their fieldwork, they made our project a clear priority (i.e. no 'emergencies' being called away to another job site). We had clear and reasonable milestones for which they delivered (both in quality and timing/efficiency). The quality of the roof after completion was noticeably improved. Company owner and project manager demonstrated commitment to quality by having workers revisit various parts of the roof where workers may not have performed to the agreed upon high standards. This lead to our personal inspections not result in any issues or contentious matters. Overall we are very happy with the end product, and have an ongoing warranty with Sunlight and its materials provider that will take care of our roof for the next 10 years.
