It's clean, great equipment, well maintained, and has several nice extra touches that go a long way. It may sound cheesy, but I love that I'm always greeted and told hello and goodbye. The staff and trainers are all friendly and seem to genuinely care and want you to feel welcome. It's huge, has separate areas, and is more affordable than places I've been in the past. I love not being pressured into an annual contract.
Love this gym as it's not some chain, it's homey and a great place to workout. I'm a travel nurse and it's great since there is no contract - it's month to month - no hassle! I move next month and I'm sad to leave the gym.
Great Facility - clean and well maintained. Customer service is excellent. Great trainers and the owner always takes a very active part in his business. Excellent!!
I love this gym. It's got 2 levels, top has weight machines, dumbbells, cardio equipment, and bottom has more weight lifting things plus a spin room and a females only room. There are classes every day that you can see on their website.
Good gym. Not intimidating at all and usually isn't too packed. Off-street parking included in membership
The gym is fairly sized, not large, but I've never gone and had it be too crowded. I do wish there was more room to do deadlifts and awkward glute bridges but I made do.
The staff is friendly and the gym is always spotless. Towels are provided at no extra cost. It has lockers rooms with showers. The ladies restroom has a hair dryer, straightener, hair ties, mouthwash and pads/tampons!
Would be 5 stars but the water fountain is the worst in the city. Bring your own water. Great equipment and staff.
