The staff is very friendly, always greet me by my name regardless of how it's been between visits. They handle your clothes with care; take time to look over the clothes and let you know if a stain is removable before leaving. As one person said about the price, with some things they are pricey, however you get what you pay for. I'm always satisfied!!!
