Love Young's dry cleaning! I have used a few others and they were good, but not once in the 2 years I have used Young's have I had a broken button or problem at all. I have even had special requests, when I have run to the store instead of using the pick up and delivery, and panicked because I needed a special favor regarding a piece of clothing. They have NEVER let me down. They are great cleaners, clothes and curtains, friendly, helpful, and very service oriented.
A great dry cleaning experience... Clothes always ready when promised, sometimes early. Clothes done very well. Prices seem in line with other cleaners. The staff is very courteous and competent. I'm a big fan of Young's.
Just not the way to run a business.
5/16/17 Changed my rating to 3 stars. Someone from the company sent my husband an email and I will not be charged the additional $13. I still only give them 3 stars because I still have to prewash my white lab coats.
Have been a customer for years out of convenience.The guy with the lab coat complaint was right. I usually have to prewash and remove the stains from my coats also. The last straw was this week when someone named Tony called to tell me I owed them $13 from a previous pick up, they scanned the item but it did not register in the computer. He says he regularly checks the video from the place to pick up errors.I paid over $50 on that visit and I do not use the coupons. I have no idea if everything scanned right, but is it worth harassing a long term customer over $13?

It's truly businesses like these that give our city a bad reputation. I picked up a shirt here the other day and it was completely shrunk. There's absolutely no way I can wear it. When I asked for it to be dry cleaned, they insisted that I said for it to be washed when I clearly wanted it to be dry-cleaned...why else would I take it to a DRY CLEANER? Then the clerk got into this whole thing with me by saying "Let me explain to you something. Okay? With certain types of fabrics, different chemicals can react, causing.." Seriously dude? Just admit that you shrunk it! Anyway, based on the negative reviews already posted for this place, the decision to stay away should be pretty clear!
I put my shirts outside for pick-up yesterday. The pick-up did not show (and it is not the first time that this happens). I emailed yesterday the customer service manager at the end of the day. Someone from Young's passed by my house this morning and picked up my shirts...
