It was my first visit so the man behind the counter explained the system to me. One size of pizza with prices for cheese only, one topping, two toppings and another for specialty or unlimited toppings. They take a ball of dough and press it onto the pan, the press heats the dough a little, then you select the sauce, cheese, meats and vegetables. It only takes about six minutes in their oven to bake. Mine had a white sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, crumbled Italian meatballs, bacon, mushrooms and black olives - the first time I've had all of those together. Next time add jalapeños!
When we arrived we had to wait for the classic red sauce to be prepared because it was not prepped the night before. We were not offered anything for our wait. I can only assume it's because we were a mixed couple. Standard procedure should be at least offer a drink while you wait for something that should be a staple when ordering pizza. Plus the young lady making my pizza had an attitude the whole time. In addition, the person making my husband's pizza did not know what ricotta cheese. Not a good experience at all.
The staff is always friendly, even when they're really busy as they were for the $4 pizza promo. And they're efficient. It's not my very favorite pizza out there, but it's inexpensive and remarkable fast. It makes it totally worth at stop
Great flash fired thin pizza. You get to pick your sauce, cheese, meat, veggies, and toppings. Build your own personal pizza & salad combo is awesome. Groovy, fresh idea kind if place. Works well in the feret area. It stays open late too
There is pizza and there is Fast Fire' d Blaze pizza! All quality and so fresh. The healthy options are excellent! GM and staff are really promoting an outstanding service!
