Terrible of course. The people at Jeff Davis are at least helpful. These people at the distribution center couldn't care less about what you need. But its a government company so theres no chance it will ever get any better. For your sake go anywhere else. Just stay home. Take a nap. Read a book . Anything other than go here.

I haven't recieved my mail in a week. I've literally been on hold for an hour trying to talk to someone. The local number is busy since 6:30 this morning. They need to hire someone just to take phone issues. When my carrier do show up he's very nice. When others have the route their on the phone and deliver other people's mail to me. STICK TO CARRIERS WHO PAY ATTENTION! I'm still holding and waiting for my mail. I thought the mail carrier supposed to pass in any type of weather, rain,sleet or snow, The sun been shining I guess I'll get my mail at least once this week.
Went here to pick up my mail, after having it held while on vacation. This is not a normal post office and there is no lobby. So it was kind of confusing. All of the staff was really nice though, every single person asked if I'd been helped.
The staff was friendly. My package was misplaced and the personnel supervisor of 70119 was pleasant and efficient in assisting me with its proper delivery
