Several of us got together and bought an entire block in Bywater. The total value is now close to $1.7 million. Those houses are now being handled by someone else. They'll get both the front end and back end....more than $250,000.
I think the structure and the house is amazing
I went with a friend/business partner to Sotheby's on Dauphine a year or so ago. The agent seemed OK at the time. Maybe he was bored. But he clearly thought we were not big enough fish for him to bother with. Too bad he didn't pay more attention and return our calls. To paraphrase, "I could show you around or I could go do this million dollar deal".
