Ordered shoes just before Black Friday, 6 days later they cancelled my order and refunded my money. Eventually, when they did answer the phone, I was told they over sold. It was so nice of them to cancel 6 days after Black Friday and Cyber Monday was over. So nice of them. Don't trust them with your order.
UPDATE: Planned a spur of the moment camping trip and needed a new tent. Will not only helped me choose the right tent, but it was priced better than online options.
Great outdoor gear store. They sell everything related to camping, hiking, backpacking and a variety of other outdoor activities. They also sell those really nice Green Egg ceramic grills, they have a whole set up with every size and accessory. I bought a great backpack at a reasonable price, they had a huge selection from tote bags to full frame 70l packs. Salespeople were friendly and not at all pushy. Would recommend.
Big brother of the Northshore shop. Huge selection in a well thought out space. Plenty of knowledgeable staff to answer questions without being pushy.
