Our 3 dogs were there for 4 days. They were safe and well taken care of. I hope i don't have to leave them again but if I do they will go back to Canine Connection.
Really a fantastic and professional kennel for boarding and grooming, from the time we drop them off to when we pick them up. We can watch them in the play area and their suite with an app on our phone. Very well-run.
This is a great place to board your dogs when needed. They answer the phone and are happy to give updates. Every person on the staff we spoke with is friendly and seems happy to be there. It's also nice they have cameras to watch the dogs, albeit low quality on mobile which requires a $2/month charge through a third party app.
Update...boarded the dogs again here and once again it was a top quality experience. They provide updates on how the dogs are doing. The staff hand fed them when they refused to eat. They had the dogs bathed and dried for pickup.
The staff is super friendly and I have never had any qualms about leaving my dog with them. They have accommodated last minute reservations for daycare as well as slightly late pickups (not after 830 pm) due to my work schedule. My dog is always excited when we pull in to the parking lot in the morning and happily tired out after playing all day when I pick him up. I love the fact that I can see him play on their online video feeds. I love this business and the people who watch my pup while I work. Thank you all at Canine Connection!!!
Other than leaving the dogs with family, this is is the best option.
We could not love our Canine Connection Family more. When we travel, we leave All Four of our Very Large Doggies with them for up to a Month at a time. Our guys adore the staff there and it's Obvious that Everyone there truly Loves the dogs and cares about their welfare. They are Super Patient even with a Couple of our Problem Children...
