Just wish it wasn't so expensive. The hipster vibe doesn't bother me, especially because the employees are really nice one on one. The guy from the bike section is really informed and friendly. He's probably not being paid enough for his contribution to the store.
They really help me out every spring when I get my bike tuned-up; I do not have the tools and space like I used to, so getting some fresh rubber and cable adjustments for a reasonable labor/parts price that matches the quote is a great beginning to the Season!
Traveling from California we got the information for masseys from the internet. I needed a new bike rack to replace my 4 bike rack that cracked when I hit a big bump in the road. They went out of their way to assemble the new rack and they even took off my old rack installed the new one. Then they even loaded my bikes back on!!! I was sooo grateful.
