Great Engine Repair Service and Work Facilities.
I took my son's car in to be fixed due to the steering going out when going through water/hitting a puddle and the car would stop running and/or become impossible or difficult to steer. We first dealt with Francis both my son and I explaining the problem to him several times and $800+ later they said it was fixed. On the way home it was raining and the car did the exact same thing, they hadn't fixed it at all, and my son almost hit a bridge. Jeff, who was very nice, had the car towed back and kept it for water testing for a week and said they had to splice some wires and change a serpentine belt. Eventually we had to take the car to Honda to have it repaired properly. Jefferson Auto refuses to accept responsibility and refund my money for their faulty attempts. I made a BBB complaint and the response from Ms. Maone at Jefferson Auto is completely inaccurate and offers no resolution. I've made a complaint with the Attorney General's office and will file suit next. This used to be a good shop but it seems that's no longer the case. This unfortunately isn't even the first time they've made a bad repair on my son's car but the other time wasn't a safety issue.
