Awesome Service. We have made few road trips to New Orleans in the past month or so 12 Jul – 18 Aug 2017. On two of them our vehicle broke down and we had it towed to Pep Boys in New Orleans East. On both occasion the staff was extremely professional and nice. The tow truck arrived about 10 minutes before closing on both occasion (deja vu). Each time we explained our problem and situation, and they assured us the vehicle would be ready the next day and it was. We would like to say think you to everyone at Pep Boys in New Orleans east on I-10 service road. I can't remember the names of all the wonderful folks who helped us out, so please pass on to everyone and Julius, Ryan, Christopher, and David.
Son's fanbelt and tension pulley broke on I-10 and he pulled in here. Bought the parts just before closing, but missing some tools. Ryan helped us out, even stayed after closing to make sure we were up and running. Greatly appreciated!

I used to like this place, always helpful and still are. They have a few bad apples that ruin the experience. They have given me the wrong parts to my brakes, said they would call back to find out... still waiting on that call. Then today after waiting around for an associate to tell me they have no mechanic on duty and it's 5pm..... so disappointed and disgusted!

My husband came to this location on Sunday and was the first customer to be waited on at 9:00. He was there to purchase 4 new tires and get a front end alignment. He was there until 1:30. A 4 hour wait for a job that should have taken half that time. When he spoke to the manager he was told " it's being worked on."
