They have to pay attention to details when a family comes to inter a love one. Wonder what would have happen if it was a higher vault

Make sure your loved ones know what they are getting into before they decide to be buried here. They charged more to move the previous body than to bury my grandmother. They also don't take life insurance. When I went to pay for her name scroll, the person handling our plot told me repeatedly that it would be $400 and when it came time to pay, suddenly he said that we have to get a large scroll for $450 and only volunteered this information after i called to ask why the paperwork said $450 and not $400. They have made a business out of death and will take every penny you have.
Interment

I was there for my uncle's interment Saturday. The pall bears had to lift the casket into a third level vault. The lift was not available.
I always stop by to see my deceased relatives & friends when I am in New Orleans. A few times when I walked up the stairs in the mausoleum the stairs was infested with dead cockroaches. I finally went to the office and complained and since that time they corrected the problem. The lady at the desk stated they would pay more attention to it.
