I love the seasonal items that they offer as well as what they sell for the home from smoke detectors to light fixtures depending on the point in the cycle they offer almost everything you need.
I purchased an item from Costco and the item did not live up to the quality that I was told it would. I called the store and spoke to Aaron, I explained to him the problem. He took my information and told me Christie would call me back. A few days later Christie called me back she requested some information from me. I did not have the information she requested at the time; and told her I would call her back. I called her back but she was out. A wonderful staff person name Stephanie took the information; and assured me that Christie would call me back when she returned. Christie called me back and told me that a credit would be placed back on my credit card. Aaron, Christie, and Stephanie thanks for the great customer service.
In comparison to Costco's competitors Costco's prices are $2 to $7 dollars higher. I like there selection, the surefire store is clean, parking is plenty, but you can find yourself driving around to find a spot. The environment is friendly from customers to staff the people are engaging. My rating reflects pricing, in my opinion I feel that because a membership is required the prices could be lower.
The process to get a membership card is fast and easy but does require an identification card. Staff in every department were very helpful and several stopped to ask if I needed assistance. This location is very busy yet shelves are fully stocked. Large variety of organic vegetables and fruits to choose from and prices are reasonable. Costco had at least 15 employees sampling products and answering questions. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
Amazing!! MUCH better than Sam's Club! First time in the store will take your breath away. It's gigantic, have great product displays, simply amazing prices, and any item you can imagine. Checkout is extremely fast and a very unique system/set-up I've never seen before that works great.

I love Costco. They are where I get the majority of my groceries each week. There are so many well priced goods and if you have a place to store it then it's great.
