This might be the best T-mobile store I've ever been to - the guy behind the counter actually treated me like a human being. I hope I won't be back for a while but when I have another phone issue I'll go here.
Updated - Had to update my review because the first time I visited the guy really didn't understand what I needed and essentially lied to me. However when I returned to fix the issue the staff was super friendly - but for some reason they kept handing me off to each other. Instead of one person dedicated to my issue they all seemed to be juggling customers between them. It got a little confusing but the issue was resolved fairly quickly.
Not happy with the service from this company. Complete waste of money
Great service! I come from Europe for short stays and my phone situation is always complicated. But Megan was patient and efficient, she made sure everything really works : -)
I went to this store & the manager kendra was very disrespectful infront of all the customers talking loud she was on her cell phone not helping customers when ask to help the customer she refuse kendra needs to be fired from T mobile customer service manager how do you talk to your customers that way always on her cell phone every time I come in the store she never wants to her the customers she always have a very nasty attitude
This may have been the most positive experience I've ever had in a phone store. Marquita went above and beyond to help me out. That woman deserves a raise! I will definitely be back to this location in the future.
