I've never used this finance company, but, I'd like to point out how unprofessional they are. This morning I received a five minute tirade via voicemail (this is not a new number, I've had it about a year, he misdialed) that was full of personal details about a woman Im not even aquainted with's personal and financial business. I now know where she is employed, her full name, the reason for her personal loan, and where she is employed. I called the number back and told the employee who left the voicemail that he had the wrong number and my thoughts about how unprofessional it is to leave such a longwinded, informational, voicemail when it's fairly obvious by my voicemail greeting that he has called the wrong number. I got a lot of 'yeah, yeah, yeah" and he disconnected the call, completely unconcerned with the fact that he blasted some woman's confidential information into my inbox. After he disconnected the call, I called back and he was very short with me- the reason for my call back, Chris, is that you are very unprofessional, I have valid concerns, and you made it very obvious that you were completely ignoring those concerns.

I took out a loan with luckmore finance in the beginning every one was nice but towards the end Shelly and Adam where very rude I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Have had two separate loans with Luckmore in the past 4 years and have never had any problems. Everyone has always been very nice and professional and any issues were handled promptly and correctly.
