NOT A FAN OF THIS LOCATION. My first, and last, time using them. The manager was an absolute ray of non-sunshine. Curt. Non helpful with simple questions.
The place is a mess and unkempt, with packages everywhere. I'll take my business elsewhere.
So, even though this store closes at 5pm, mysteriously two of my packages were refused and sent back to the merchandiser. I find this odd, seeing as I was at work at the time and could not have refused my own packages even if I wanted to. The packages were delivered to the store earlier THAT SAME DAY, July 12th and I had until July 19th to pick them up. There should be absolutely no reason why these packages should ever have been returned to the sender. One of the items is a pair of shoes that is currently sold out. Luckily I can re-order the jacket, but I am having it sent to a different store. Last time I was in here to pick up a package, it had taken the customer service reps a while to find this chic's package, as it had been mixed up with items to ship out. I could tell her blood was boiling. I should have taken that as a sign to no longer have my things shipped here. They're also closed on weekends, so I won't be able to find out who the hell sent my packages back until Monday and trust me, I will find out, because it sounds like a scam. I AM PISSED.
The service here is unbelievably poor and I literally go out of my way shopping online to avoid UPS just because of this store.
I have never had a good experience with this store. One time they turned me away hours before closing because they were "closing early." I was already physically at the store when they told me this. They told me right to my face they weren't going to give me my package because they wanted to close early and I would have to come back another time. I found out later, they didn't even close early.
AVOID THIS LOCATION. I thought reading the reviews it would not be so bad, but sure enough it was. Horrible customer service, lazy and unwilling to help. I had a package sent to that location after someone there told me I could have it sent. The package was delivered per tracking, but it was nowhere to be found at the store. Sure, sometimes packages get lost, but the problem I have is with the way the staff member and the manager handled it - offering no solution, to give me a call me when it arrived, or any help at all.
Another time, they turned away my fiancée who came by with ticket in hand to pick up. She even showed them emails and tracking information on amazon to validate she could pick up. They wouldn't accommodate. I was out of town and couldn't come by personally. They have never picked up the phone any time I have called nor called me back any time I've left a voice mail.
Honestly I've never had a problem at this place. They're always friendly, available, helpful, and prompt. Of all the places you could go (and I've been to most) this is probably the best, in the city at least.
