If you want great instructor then u should go here ,but they will hide a lot of information from you ,so they can convince you to sign the contract. That's what they did to me. They offered 1 week free membership because I won a raffle but on the first day they forced me to sign up or I lose the one week privilege or discount . I called before going and asked about the pricing and he seemed hesitant to tell me because he knows That the 1-week promo is bogus.I liked the work out, and I asked a lot of questions before signing the contract. I was told I can bring guests anytime I want. Turned out that I can only bring them for a day or else they will have to sign up too. Everybody should know everything about the gym's policies! They shouldn't had hid information from me just so I can be convinced that this is worth signing up for! Heads up for future members!
UFC is an awesome place to come get a full body work out no matter what class you take!! Definitely a great change of pace!
Started out here about 2 years ago but because of work had to cancel my membership. Less than a year later and I am back. These guys have taken the time to show me, and others in my class, the proper techniques to train properly. My main goal has been to tone up, and gain some weight; in less than three months they have helped me go above and beyond my original goals. Definitely feel that it is worth the money to get that personalized help when I lack self motivation.
Good gym could be more about technique than conditioning. I like the morning classes bc of how well it worked in my schedule but there wasn't any sparring unless you were in the advanced class so all I got to do was bag work and weights and shadow box. Very high quality equipment, nice small cage so there's no running
