Rude front of the house staff. Need to have a manager on duty and not a mean cashier who doesn't follow the store website and posted store hours
Harry's stocks practically every item you'd need for home DIYers. THey cost more, but you're paying for staff who know the inventory, inventory that is visibly accessible, not nonexistant like Home Depot and Lowe's, they send out $5 off cards every month and their staff are friendly and fun. The store is small enough to navigate. Their hours are their sole disadvantage. So plan to get items from there when you don't find them at HD and Lowe's.
