Today's visit was unexpected and yet I got what I wanted to purchase, found a vanity for my master bathroom that I will purchase later, found a house painter to give me a quote, and was helped with some kitchen items. The employee who helped me was insightful and took the time to look up an unusual request for me. I love coming to this location because everyone is always willing to assist or just say hello.
Jonte (cashier, I know I didn't spell her name right) was also very sweet. She's the type of associate you want at the front of your establishment being the face of the operation. Having somebody like her who cares about her performance as well as the establishment's makes the difference when customers leave the store having spoken with her last!
Employees seem to be always hiding or preoccupied. Getting them to actually help you is like pulling teeth. When you can get someone, cross your fingers and hope they don't sell you the wrong thing.
John was fantastic. I came to seek advice on building a standup desk, and he walked with me for 20 minutes showing me, a complete rookie with power tools in general, exactly what I'd need. He was genuine, professional, and knowledgeable.
