Good rooms, slightly smaller though. Very convenient since connected to hospital and ample parking space!
The room was perfectly plain. Everything you expect from a respectable hotel. Clean sheets/towels, pleasant staff, decent view, etc. The location was only a 15 minute drive from the French Quarter. It was a bit annoying to have to take two elevators to get from the parking garage to the hotel, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Also, the hotel is in a hospital. Lol
A great hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful, had great amenities, loved how you could tell that the facility had a really good clean scent even before you walked the doors. I would not mind staying here again when I have appointments with the hospital which is not a terrible walking distance from the suites.
Recently stayed here while a family member was in the hospital. The room was very clean and spacious. The beds and bedding were comfortable. There is a very nice atrium as well as a pool.
After several nights at Ochsner I slept great. My husband said it was kind of noisy with doors slamming. Super nice and clean though. Close to what we wanted to do in downtown after a few days in the hospital. We're staying again next month for follow up doctor visits.
