3 weeks in a row they chose to drive right by my perfectly placed “street side” cans. We pay for this service, why?? Pathetic at best!!

Absolutely amazing customer services and support I love call 311 because each and every time I call their office it's an amazing experience talking with each one of the Ladies that answer my call I can't speak for the rest of the citizens that may are may not be taking advantage of the services that this office provides to the its citizens but I take full advantage of all the services that they offer. So Ladies and Gentlemen if you haven't taken the opportunity to call and report the problems and issues in your surrounding neighborhoods you really should and make reports that's the only way things will change for the better in your neighborhoods and surrounding areas as well.
