Worst office ever, with the exception of the lady who helped me with my new social security card. Wait times are horrible (2 1/2 hours to get a new SS card), their "numbering system" is ridiculous and basically non-existent - they called the same # 6 times for over and hour and a half (even with 3 "last calls"), and then would jump to another "letter" number and not call the next consecutive one. One would think if you called D223 6 times, you would move on to D224, but instead they move onto L49 or whatever, and you get stuck waiting another hour, just to repeat the process of calling incorrect numbers over and over again. I tried to tell them they were not on the right #, that they were on my number, the security officer told me "listen up, sit down and not talk no more". Really high class service. And education.
Ms Figueroa is not courteous, smart mouth, impatient, and i check in at 2:45pm was not waited on till 3;20pm, she not people oriented in my opinion,
Not bad just parking is a nightmare

I bought here my lawful permanent residence approval original documents to get my SSN approval letter for work.
I came in on the12th of September for a replacement ssi card. It’s now October the 3rd. It’s still not here
The people working in this windows are not helpful . (Useless )
