One of the best parks in any city in America. Extremely beautiful and exotic around every turn. Lots of wildlife, lots of activities to do. Sunsets and sunrises hit it perfectly. They have the New Orleans Museum of Art located with in it, golf courses, mini golf, botanical gardens, schools, fishing, biking, free gym equipment, free sculpture garden, and a whole lot more. Would highly recommend as one of the best attractions in New Orleans to get off the beaten tourist path of "beads, Bourbon, and boobs."

I love city park. This park is one of the largest urban parks in the USA. It’s actually larger than Central Park in NYC. The staff and volunteers love this park and they’re always improving it. The park has a beignet stand, canoe/kayak rentals, miles of sidewalks and bike paths, ducks/geese, beautiful walking bridges, baseball diamonds, a stadium, my favorite sculpture garden, and even a mini golf course. The mini golf course is beautifully landscaped with native and sustainable plants and trees. This park is amazing and one could easily spend all day discovering all its beautiful secrets. I almost forgot to mention the singing tree. This park is one of the best things about Nola.

Paradise in the middle of NOLA. One of the the best secrets of this town. Beautiful landscaping. Overall breathtaking. The park, the amusement park, botanical gardens, art museum. Everything is amazing!

INCREDIBLE absolutely beautiful. You need to see it to believe it. The trees alone are worth coming to see. They are spectacular, magnificent and glorious. But there is so much more to do. Literary there is something for everyone. Always heard it was a special place. That is a total understatement

This is a huge park with a variety of things to do like a sculpture park, a theme park with rides, a train ride through the park, a museum and I think I even seen a casino there. We walked through the sculpture park. It was nice and peaceful and the scenery was beautiful. I particularly liked the pond area. Lots of great photo opportunities here.
