But the worst part of it all is how outright rude the employees are there. My impression is that they are low income people who never held a position of authority in their lives and because you want/need to get into that garage, they think they have you by the nut sack and therefore must tolerant they ignorance and buffoonery.
The drug addicts, homeless, and party til you puke pukers use the place as a bathroom/toilet. After every event, you have to get down the stairs without stepping in puke or puddles of pee. The place is disgusting and they haven't cleaned the garage since I've been there (15 months).
They charge $80/$85 per month. Whenever there is an event at the Superdome we must vacate the garage by 2PM. You have three options: leave the garage, then come back in and pay $40 for event parking; go find some place else to park and pay that parking fee (try that during an event!); or, use your personal vacation time to go home.

Today was the last time they will speak to me disrespectfully and with contempt. Tomorrow is my last day at this turd. There are way better places to park!
When you exit the garage and have to pay (daily parking) the Crab sitting in the booth won't open her window to take the $$. She'll make you use the self-serve machine. Also, if the attendants are busy having their personal conversations, you have to wait until they are finished before they will speak to you or move out of the driving lane (mosey back to their booth) so that you can exit the garage.
A week or two weeks before an event they block the entry lanes into the garage down to one lane, causing major backups so that they can shove a flyer at you announcing an event. When they did this the other day, I refused to open my car window and take the paper. This morning they had the lanes blocked again for reasons unknown. When I asked what floors we are supposed to park on I got lip from the attendant saying "You mean to tell me you don't know after we told you (via fliers) two times?!"
