great place for cruise parking. well organized helpful & friendly. less expensive than port parking. we would use them again.
I showed up for my overnight parking reservation, and was unable to find an attendant. After returning to the garage and calling twice, still no attendant. When I called for a refund, since I couldn't park, I was told that I should have taken a ticket even though on-site signage indicated not to do so. I was able to receive a partial refund.
It's not as convenient as parking at the port itself but it is a whole lot cheaper. We paid $65 versus the $100 that the Port if New Orleans wanted in order to park in their structure. It's just a few blocks away from the terminal and there are shuttles that run just about every 5 minutes. The garage is nice and even has a little cafe in it (it was not open on the day that we were set to cruise out) that's super cute.
Car survived a 4 day stay so that is good. However, we were given one rate on the phone before arriving then was told it was a much higher rate upon leaving. My wife argued with them for awhile then finally agreed on something in between. Feels like classic bait and switch.
We used Fulton Place Parking to leave our vehicle while cruising for a week. It was very easy to access and the staff was professional, speedy, very helpful, and polite. We didn't even have to lift a bag and waited no more than 5 minutes to and from the ship which gave us just enough time to use the restroom (which was tidy as well). They provided covered parking and transportation to the ship along with a price that was more than reasonable at $50 for 7 days. We will definitely recommend and use Fulton in the future.
