I just had a lovely experience at the Children's Place on Canal Street. I returned some pants I bought for my grandson, and during the process the machine froze, so that I was unable to get a receipt for my return. Tiffany Gipson wrote a note on my receipt detailing the credit I was due and promised to call back and let me that it had gone through. I wasn't back in the office 5 minutes before I had that call from her telling me that the receipt printed and everything was fine. Shout out to Tiffany for great customer service!!
