SO glad I decided to stop by Belladonna for a manicure while perusing down Magazine! I had my nails done by Inisha and adored her. She did such a nice job and was so lovely to talk to. And the complimentary mimosa was definitely a plus! The manager, Melissa, came by to check on me during my manicure. Everyone in the spa was incredibly welcoming. After my manicure, I picked up a bath bomb in their retail section. They have so many neat gifts, I wish I’d had more time to look around. I will definitely be stopping back in again soon!
The staff amazingly pleasant, the pampering services are AMAZING as well. I've been a client of Belladonnas since 2000. That's where I am and that's where I'll stay.
I received a classic manicure from Judy today and she was amazing! I was happy with my service and very pleased with the results. Judy was super sweet and everyone was very friendly!
This place does not honor their own gift certificates, despite the clear "does not expire" written across the back. DO NOT purchase someone a gift certificate as a gift, any management team that decides to do this periodically is not worth trusting. I would never recommend a place with practices this low to anyone and deeply regret a friend purchasing me a gift card from here. How crummy.
I love Belladonna. I've been to it on multiple occasions for various services -- and just to shop the cute gift store. The staff are always courteous and knowledgeable. I recently got a deep tissue massage, which was glorious. The rooms are comfy, but I'm really loving the new relaxation area, sauna, and newly renovated bathrooms/showers. They have a great selection of complimentary drinks if you're getting a spa service. Plus, it's a great place to get a gift. Recommend!
