Wow, I've come across some door bitches (and bastards) in my time but the guy who so rudely refused us entry without our passports (we had our Australian drivers' licenses with photos, which have been fine in every other US bar and venue we've visited) really set a new record. Dropped in to listen to some live music and have some drinks. It was probably still early for them so it was not really crowded, but we had a great time! Had my first NOLA Sazerac there. The bartender was awesome, the music was great, and the bar was really well done!
The cleanest dive bar on Decatur! Great cocktails, hot bartenders and some amazing shows. Highly recommend
The Saint comes to the Quarter, but unfortunately without the charm or the good music. It's nice to see a rock club in the FQ, maybe the bands will improve.
Cheap beer, quick service. On street drinking allowed.
