Best, economic, and MOUTH WATERING steaks AND wings, among many other available option in the lower Decatur area. ERIC was a fun and attentive bartender! He actually cares about Locals and visitors ALIKE!! I would recommend Turtle Bay to everyone..!!. 24/7 BAR/ EATERY WITH "LOCAL FLARE"... I VISIT THIS SPOT OFTEN! And guess what?! They Do DELIVER UNTIL 12AM DURING WEEK AND ON WEEKENDS!!! CHECK EM OUT YALL!!!

I was only here briefly (twice) when we stopped for to go drinks on our route. Both times the bartenders were super nice. I got the famous Resurrection which kept me drunk well past noon the next day (not that I was shooting for this rather this is more of a caution if you get one). I of course got the novelty blue blinking glass which did help me cross the street more safely (I can justify the strong drink, see).
Absolutely the best late night eats in the quarter. They have the friendliest staff and tastiest food. If you've been dancing all night and need a little pick me up, this is definitely the place to be.
