Yum! The Breakfast Sandwich, a huge crossaiant filled with an omelet of white cheddar and I substituted ham instead of bacon. This sandwich is so good and big enough to share. Especially if you want to try one of their beautiful, tasty pastries, like the blueberry scone (I can never resist). Top it off with a coffee of your choice. What a great way to start the day!
We visited our son for veterans day (he's a disabled vet) and wanted to honor him with a nice lunch. He lives in the French quarters and choose this Cafe; YUMMY! We enjoyed our lunch so much we went back again a few days ago.
The beignets were AMAZING. The line was pretty long but they had like six people working so you can't really fault them for the fact that they are popular. LOVED IT!
I had adecent a Decatur Club (smoked turkey and bacon), although it was a little pricey. The cafe atmosphere is quaint and there's a large selection of pastries, sandwiches, coffee, and other beverages. There's indoor and outdoor seating.
Great Service, Great Food! It gets really crowded because it's such a great atmosphere. But the staff there work great at making sure everyone gets serviced and gets a place to sit swiftly and efficiently. It was six of us with kids and we all loved the food and the atmosphere!
