Three words for this establishment yes yes and yes. Great selection of shops a true outlet mall prices are incredible. Food court has unusual selections as in good selections healthy choices.
As far as parking lots go...this one offers a great ambiance of urban awareness. Depending on the minute you commute from your vehicle to the entrance way of the Riverwalk your journey will be uplifting by a variety of characters certainly formed from a skit of MADD TV (for you Millennia's this is a show that came on in the 80s Jamie Foxx Jennifer Lopez Jim Carrey) You will encounter a bum asking for spare change, however he is a Vet so you should probably give it to him. You will encounter a drug user if the bum asking for money was not the drug user. This will make you double click to make sure you locked your door to your vehicle again...and again...aaaaannnd one more time! Now, depending on the time of day you may also get offered "services" for money. I would advise you not to do this. Had a brother do this... cost him his marriage don't do it! The highlight to this parking lot is it is adjacent to the New Orleans Convention Center. Usually you will see an outpouring around 4 o'clock middle-age white males ready to go get their drink on! After all this is completely paid for and deductible on their jobs and they are in New Orleans after all! These guys are harmless they're only looking for a steak , liquor and strip clubs. This parking lot is a little too far for me to get into the entertainers and mimes that you "get to" encounter in Decatur St. but it is still nice.
On the upper level you have a beautiful view of the river.

Great selection of stores, always a sale going on. Visited Nordstrom for the first time. It was absolutely amazing. Great prices on everything from clothes, shoes, makeup, jewelry and home decor. Expect to spend a day walking through the multi level mall. You can enjoy lunch outside overlooking the Mississippi river and watch people boarding the cruise ship. Parking can be expensive, they do validate a portion of parking when you purchase over 20.00. If you are visiting from out of town, take the street car.
