I called Kingsley House today and ask to speak with the Director or the person in charge of Graduation. I was put on hold. When the lady returned to the phone she rudely says," Dr. Taraz said two tickets to graduation, that's it and nothing is going to change". My reply to her was," I did not mention anything about graduation tickets. May I ask your name". Her response," Mrs. Rose". I inquired about Dr. Taraz and his supervisor. Mrs. Rose stated," Dr. Taraz is the Program Manager. Mam, what are you calling in reference to"? My response was," I would like to speak with Dr. Taraz' supervisor". Someone picks up the phone and identifies herself as Angela Randolph (Administrator Coordinator to Mrs. Motley).
Ms. Randolph says," Mrs. Motley is the Program Officer of Early Learning Services, but she's in a meeting. I stated, " this is a nonprofit organization so how can I get in touch with a member of the "Board of Directors"? Ms. Angela Randolph, Administrator Coordinator does not have any information to the Board of Directors".
Great place for children horrible place to work
Kingsley House has a set of triplets graduating on Thursday, July 21, 2016 and the school is issuing their family ONLY 2 tickets. They WILL NOT each receive two tickets as the rest of the kids are.
My call to Kingsley House was in reference to "GRADUATION TICKETS". However, I never communicated that to the staff members. I could have been attempting to make a monetary donation. They are a Non Profit Organization!!!!
Great school just need more experienced teachers and a new director....
If each child receives 2 tickets at Graduation, give them 6 tickets!!!

Their mother emailed the CEO, Keith Liederman (The Times Picayune's Everyday Hero), but he insisted she speak with Dr. Taraz. As of now, NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!
