Dispatcher sucks, call another service, like Metry Cab. Speak with Jerry or Lisa and they'll get you where you need to go.
I didnt have to ride in the cab to know theyre horrible customer service workers. I was at the Camp and Poydras intersection around 7:30pm and the driver attempts to pull off and hit my car. Let me inform you he looked straight at me and continued to attempt to pull off knowing he was going to hit my car. When I refused to let him in because if I moved my car any further foward at the red light I wouldve been inside of the intersection and of course possibly and accident wouldve occurred. He gets behind me and then goes to lane left of me and rolls down his window and says "Whats your problem b****?!" Then when I confronted him on how he was trying to hit my car he calls me a n****r. An employee that threatens the life of a non-customer and discriminates them shouldnt have a job let alone have a business. I can only imagine how they treat their actual customers. The reviews before mine prove that I'm right. They messed with wrong one because I do work at multiple hotels and I will let every doorman/valet in the FQ and CBD know to NEVER reserve this taxi company for our lovely tourists of New Orleans. I want to keep everyone alive. What a pitiful company. This was Carriage cabs (SAME OWNERS AS CHECKERS CAB THE RED CARS/VANS WITH LIGHT BLUE STRIPES).
This is by far the worst taxi service in any city I've ever lived in. I have attempted to get a cab from these guys twice and both times they told me a cab was coming. When I called back after 20 minutes, they yelled at me and told me that no cab was coming, and hung up. The "dispatcher" is so obnoxiously miserable, all you can do is just shake your head and pray that her life gets better. I have never experienced worse customer service, and I've never even gotten a cab from them. Rude, unprofessional, and miserable. Zero stars.
I just wanted to say that the dispatcher Jasmine (overnight) is awesome! She's the only reason why I will use this company again...
Worst can service ever. I called only to wait 25 minutes for a cab to never show. When I called the guy on the phone put another order in. I waited 30 minutes for another cab and it never showed up. Don't use this service always use united cab services
