Plan C is a dump. It's dirty, unsafe and way too expensive. I stayed there for a month in August 2015 and payed over 700 dollars. It is a warehouse where a man makes rooms out of spare wood. The common areas are filthy. The owner was very rude to me because I asked that the staff stop playing very loud music over amps after 3 am because I was looking for a job. I was told my room would be sound proof before coming to stay. I have no idea why this place gets so many good reviews. Stay a little longer than a week and see how much you like it. I heard it's being shut down by the city and I hope this is true.
Interesting concept, hippie style, clean bathrooms, friendly and open mind people, lovely cats inside, no roaches at all and comfy beds, the only thing is bikes need maintenance urgently we had a bad situation with one of those (wheels were old, roast and cracked so they failed), but probably we're coming back there.

Definitely a wonderful experience to stay here. I love the arts and atmosphere here. People are nice and friendly. The host, Jay, is awesome! Highly recommended.
