Very rude on the phone, hung up on me mid sentence, and I had to call them again to make sure they got my call and they were short and angry with me. The Cab driver was extremely rude and refused my tip. Terrible experience, very awkward, very very expensive, over all totally awful experience. Would never take again. I would rate 0 stars
Cesar (#1663) is the most courteous and professional taxi driver. So kind and his cab is spotless. Don't forget to tip him 'cause he goes the extra mile in service.
Called the night before for an early morning ride to the Amtrack station. Driver arrived on time, and got us there promptly.
I work in the French Quarter and live nearby so I use cabs to get home most nights after work. I use United Cab exclusively now after a few strange experiences with other companies. The cabs are always clean and I have yet to have a driver that wasn't pleasant yet professional. The new app that they have had cemented my loyalty in this particular company.
In a world where Uber steals your data and sells it to the highest bidder I take a cab. When I am in New Orleans I will be taking United. The Drivers know the City and don’t look at me dumbfounded when I tell them where I am going. I downloaded their taxi app and it worked well. Thanks United for making my trip to the Big Easy a bit easier.
