Nice place to stop for a few days while exploring new orleans. Tight spaces. Gravel and some grass. Restrooms/showers are a 10. Traffic on freeway for 3 or 4 miles can be Really slow.avoid rush hour when possible.
Great location to visit New Orleans, not so much as just a getaway to hang at the camp site. City noises all night but OK. Security gate, owners live on premises.
WiFi spotty, could be our site.
My family stayed at Jude's Travel Park for a week while exploring New Orleans. I found the owners to be nice and accommodating and very knowledgeable. They both work very hard. While I did not use the facilities, I did peek in and found them very clean. We had full-hook ups and everything worked perfectly for us. A quick 15 minute drive to the French Quarter, perhaps a 30 minute drive to the Garden district.
Can't say enough good about owners Kevin and Marla. When we pulled in I put the MH in park and when I went to move it to the site it wouldn't shift. I thought the worst but Kevin already had his friend in the phone to help. He just said it'll work out. His friend arrived and fixed a broken wire. Wow what a way to start. They are super nice people and are always doing something around the park. They have a shuttle to the French Quarter that will save you money. Great place to stay.
Owners are terrific, expertly helped us back in our trailer and plan our touring. Spaces are close, facilities older but clean.
This was a quaint, quite place. The place was safe and super clean. The owners were super nice. We will be back!
