The positives of this rv park are:

5. Security gate

2. One bathroom with shower that was not very clean

2. Excellent restaurant at the park (I gave it 5 stars)

We enjoyed our stay here! Greg was fantastic. The reservation program messed up my booking and Greg fixed it immediately. When we got there, he helped us back our monster in and get set up. I liked that it felt secure. There's a main gate and a passenger gate, both with codes. It's not too far from the French quarter and right off the interstate. Wal-Mart and fast food is within a 3 minute drive or a 20 minute walk.

3. Does not have a pool or playground

1. Great rate

Very secure RV park. When we arrived a young man helped my husband get set up. It is not the best we have stayed at, but the security was worth and help was worth the stay. The only drawback was trying to pay for our stay, the man did not take credit card info when we called. When we arrjved he did not wan't our fee then saying he would see us later. We never caught up with him so upon leaving we left a check in the office door

My husband and I have been going to NOLA for the last 5 years, this year is the first time we've taken our RV. We booked before reading the reviews and I have to say I was apprehensive about staying here after reading some of them. But we came anyway and I have to say I don't know what all y'all complaining about. Yes the neighborhood was sketchy but the park itself was very secure and quiet. You can tell the owner is trying to clean it up. Nobody bothered us and the noise isn't as bad as everyons has said. Overall It was a pleasant stay. For $50.00 a night on jazz fest weekend you can't beat that. We will defiantly come stay here again. Oh and smileys grill is very good.

3. Friendly owner who also owns the restaurant.

If your camper has a bathroom and you are going to be out sightseeing then this park is fine. The restaurant alone will be a reason we will go back not to mention it is $30 per night.

4. Not crowded

The negatives:

I would give this "no stars if that was an option. Right behind a trashy bar where people drag raced on the street in front of the bar. No showers, 1 co-ed dirty bathroom, in a scum neighborhood

1. Not the best location

6. Is full hook up
