I Lost My Daisy almost a month ago and EVERYONE {from the Receptionist to the Doctor} went Above and Beyond to do Their Best To Save Our Princess....
I just adopted a cat from the SPCA. I had a very good experience. They advocate for the animals and do the best they can. We need to get behind them and show support and lend a helping hand.
They do a really good job here in the part you can see. There is a whole other side where they'll retrieve the dog for you. Wonder what it looks like over there. I also believe they put animals down if they aren't adoptable, so that's problematic. But overall I'd say they're doing a good job for animals in need in Orleans parish.

Even on Yesterday {11/01/17} when I bought My Husband over to Meet Everyone who had a Hand in The Care of Daisy...Put a Smile on His Face...He told Me That He Wasn't Ready...But...He Was So Grateful That I Bought Him...Because...The Way That They Talked About Her and Called Her By Name...Made Him Feel So Good...that We started to Look Into Adoption...
Awesome service well kept.no overwhelming odors from the pets.staff is very knowledgeable and you can tell they know what's going on with all of their Pets and staff.
Wonderful large facility-animals available for adoption & fostering. Lots of free safe parking. Community animal Clinic also there to help with the medical care you would have for your animals- especially when it comes to cost. And volunteers are also welcome- please check into signing up for that. There's also periodic classes(Example: how to prepare for care of your animal if you are an older owner/ what will happen when you pass away) they also sponsor many events during the course of the year
