I am so very sad to see such unkind statements about this clinic. I've been coming here for years with my cat and now my dog. They've seen my cat for emergencies on several occasions. I've never felt I was wronged or over charged. (I'm cheap)
We absolutely love this place, sometimes the wait is long but when you see the personal care and attention to detail Dr. Jessica and staff spend on your fur baby, it doesn't worry me at all.
These are the facts at hand take what you want from this.
See was refereed to me when my cat had a altercation with a posom. (I think she lost)
Avoid this place at All cost! I approved test and they decide to do extensive evasive procedures to make sure that the initial negative results were correct? Everything is fine but you operate on our dog to "make sure" she is fine? Approved $120.00 test then handed our pet with stitches along with a $1300.00 invoice.
I thought the doctor was awesome. Everyone in there was really nice. The doctor was really good you can tell she loves dogs. Saved me alot of money on my dogs shots. Compared to other places. Plus she gave me 2 months of heart worm medicine and gave my dog a bag of treats and a large toy for her which was free. I would recommend her to anyone you will not be disappointed. Really a great place. I know from now on where I will take my dog. Thank you for the awesome service.
Super rude and unprofessional. My aunt was called and said she would no longer need an overpriced prescription from them because she just euthanized the dog at another vet that morning. The receptionist asked what vet (which is none of her business) and when she couldn't think of the name (she's still in shock) the receptionist said "well that's sketchy, you don't know where you're own dog was put down" and proceeded to hang up. As a customer service representative it is never acceptable to belittle, berate, or hang up on a client. She should be ashamed of herself.
Anyway.....I've waited a time or two. Nothing too SERIOUS! I'm going to visit TOMORROW
