They don't touch their phone while I'm in the chair, they've never cut me, I get the same price every visit and I'm in and out in 10 mins.
I went back to get my previous style cleaned up a few times. The phone situation is insane. What took 7-10 mins to trim and clean up took 30 mins due to the constant cellphone use while I was in the chair. He also cut up my scalp, probably because he wasn't paying attention. Last grievance, since the style is only a small part of my head - not even half of my head - the price shouldn't change every time I go there.
Kenneth did a unique style for me with confidence and took pride in his work. He did EXACTLY what I wanted. I LOVE my hairstyle and glad I picked him. I deducted a star because I think its unprofessional when people use their phones to reply to texts while I'm sitting there paying for the time/service. I'm not going to be there that long, wait till I'm gone. Other stylists did the same to their clients, too. So, I guess that's how they operate. The shop was very clean and smelled good when I came in. Looks like a nice place.
