Everyone is really friendly. However, I asked can you do purple highlights? Stylist said yes. I left 4 hours later with what appears to be blue/ashy highlights. She gave me a mirror and said that the highlights are blended, but I honestly don't see the purple that we agreed on. I am going to call Monday to see if they can redue it without charging me extra. I am So disapointed. :(
