The most horrible experience I've ever had. I paid $200 to have blonde and red highlights put in my hair. This black girl with a nasty attitude was my stylist. She left 2 inches of brown root that was supposed to be blonde. Then she put red on the bottom portion of my hair then rinsed it out in hot water, which is a no no to anyone who knows about hair. What really upset me is that when I explained what was wrong, the stylist blamed me and said it was my fault bc I moved too many times and that the foils slipped. But after she put in the foils she disappeared for over 40 minutes, I had to go find her because the bleach was burning. She was negelant with my hair, lazy, then blames me for her poor, careless work. I expected was better from a Paris Parker salon. I'll never go there again and I would t recommend anyone who has high standards when it comes to hair or go there either. Go to H2O in Metairie. They are the pros.
LaShawn is my favorite stylist . She is so gentle and cares for my hair as if its hers. She has excellent customer service skills I always feel so comfortable. I highly recommend her she is worth her weight in gold!!!! I posted my receipt so you can see I am a loyal client.
Sarah saved me from another salon's bad cut! I have fine, thinning hair, and she understood right away that I needed a more blunt cut to make my hair appear thicker. She listened to all my concerns and gave me advice on how to style my hair better going forward. I would definitely go see her again! Thanks for the great cut! I would recommend her to anyone!
Absolutely fantastic. Just moved to NO and was looking for a good hairdresser. Received a referral from one of my colleagues and decided to try it out. Melissa (colorist) is outstanding, not only very personable, but made me feel very at ease with the color guidance. I changed from a very bad blond mess to a brunette which came out great. Jason cut my hair and he was great, understood exactly what I wanted (pixie). Products are fantastic, doesnt make you feel like you just came out of chemical lab, feels natural and smells fabulous. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT
I had a very pleasant experience during my first visit here. The reception was very welcoming.. Their place was very clean and I like their ceiling and wall decoration..
