If u have a car they charge $35 a day for a parking ! They really needs to work on updating basic stuff in the rooms & bathrooms! If you're asking for good view window they'll give u one if the rooms with the pool views! The carpet in the room it's incredibly dirty unbelievable!
If I ever return to New Orleans here is where I'll likely stay.
Our experience at this Courtyard Marriott was nothing less than spectacular. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. We were locked out of our room the first night and Angel, the night audit was just so helpful and pleasant and made our stay that much more special by upgrading us to a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Next time we are in New Orleans (which hopefully will be soon!), we are definitely staying here again!
Excellent customer service. The staff was kind and professional. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were clean and sharp. Close proximity to some good restaurants and nightlife but far away enough from the French Quarter to get a good night of sleep. The courtyard pool and spa were an added bonus. I would definitely stay again.
Clean, curtious, quiet, very nice place. Pool and tub is a nice area to relax.
Rooms are good. Would have loved some bottled water complimentary. $35 for valet parking which seems enforced. Would've earned 5 stars of they had fixed the parking problem
